Whew, and I think I'm caught back up again.

Day 56: This was a last minute pic taken as Clay and I rushed out the door headed to Rodeo Cook Off. One of my favorite things about Houston is Rodeo time! Eek. excuse the weird skin color. not sure what happened there or how to fix it. :)

Day 58: Go Texan. Friday was Go Texan day in Houston, in honor of the Rodeo...I forgot to dress Riley up. So I dressed her up on Sunday instead :) Sweet cowgirl.
No cowgirl look is complete without snack and bubbles.

day 49: I am so proud of my hard working husband! He and his business partner were named "Dynamic Duo" by their peers in commercial real estate. This was a huge honor as they were up against some hard-working, sucessful businessmen (and woman).



day 50: These bubbles were nearly the end of me. I guess the solution is old because I never was able to blow a single bubble. Poor Riley kept calling over and over "buuuubbbbllllllessss."

47: I haven't been loving my Tamron lately. I did a focus test and the results seemed good, but I just cannot get Riley in focus to save my life. I got much better focus when I was just starting out...which is a bummer. I think I might need to send it in. So all that said, these are just some oof snapshots.

Catch up time! Part of the reason for delay was Riley, Scout and I were traveling to visit my parents while Clay was out of town. The other part was sheer laziness.

Haha God has a sense of humor! The day after I write about how this picture and post a day is becoming habit, I get too busy and forget to take a picture. Not only that but I don't post for another 4 days!! Haha. Well I'm back and will catch up the last three days worth of pictures as soon as they are edited.

I did not even watch one minute of the Super Bowl. Just not even interested this year. We did have a great time chasing Riley up and down the stairs at our friends (and Sunday school teachers home). My contribution to the celebration was a super yummy Jalapeno Popper Dip from the blog Our Best Bites.

Ingredients:

Basically you just mix and bake for 20 minutes. So easy and good!
